When traveling through the state and entering Portland, I realized exactly what a giant city this really is. I never have thought of Portland like a large city, merely a great place to spend} a summer vacation in the nearby mountains fishing. My neighbors said the other day them to be thinking about getting a bit of real estate, maybe a rental and finally moving here or through the river to Vancouver Washington. Portland Oregon and Vancouver real estate has grown to be highly sought after in recent times as well as the entire area has moved in to the top 25 largest metro areas of the us. Wow, I’d personally not have| ever guessed that this might happen. I form of hope it will stop growing and be able to keep its small town charm and appeal.
Vancouver is really a beautiful city with lots of fine amenities, and a lot of great and historical neighborhoods that comprise Vancouver real estate. People here are friendly and warm and they seem to be sincere if they let you know welcome.
Vancouver is seven miles north of Portland, Oregon, over the Columbia River, and 138 miles south of Seattle. Vancouver, WA is a superb destination to live. There are lots of places to see plus they are all within ten or twenty yards of home. This is a very family oriented city with wonderful homes in traditional neighborhoods, in which the residents take pride of ownership very seriously. Well my car is running on empty and I have to stop referring to Portland and Vancouver and acquire some gas soon.
